Position Description and Purpose:

The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A plays a critical role in driving strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis across the organization. This position partners with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support executive decision-making, optimize financial performance, and ensure alignment with corporate goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive and board-level audiences.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand key drivers and ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Maintain and enhance financial models and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor relations materials and corporate presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes and systems to support scalability and automation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Workday, Hyperion) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a publicly traded or global company is preferred.
