Technical Product Manager (AI & Data Science)


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of innovative, data-driven products that enhance business performance, improve operational efficiency, and elevate customer experiences. This role will focus on creating incremental business value through strategic product enhancements, cross-functional collaboration, and the integration of advanced analytics and AI-driven capabilities.

The Product Manager will partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, and Business stakeholders to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and support the development of scalable solutions within a customer data and personalization ecosystem. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence the direction of emerging AI and analytics initiatives while helping shape future-state product capabilities.

This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring onsite work five days per week.


Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management

  • Define, maintain, and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Drive product initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring measurable business value and user impact.
  • Develop and communicate product vision, goals, and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes through innovative product solutions.

AI, Analytics & Data Product Development

  • Partner with Data Science teams to support the development and implementation of:
  • Predictive propensity models
  • Next Best Action models
  • Advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions
  • Translate business requirements into actionable product requirements for technical teams.
  • Support the integration of analytics and AI capabilities into enterprise customer data platforms and orchestration ecosystems.
  • Analyze data, interpret insights, and leverage findings to drive product decisions and prioritization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Marketing, and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Guide initiatives through governance and intake processes to ensure successful transition from business concepts into technology implementation.
  • Support and influence cross-functional product teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct comprehensive business reviews and assessments to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Present recommendations, product updates, and strategic insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Build strong relationships across multiple teams and organizational functions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in data, analytics, AI/ML, marketing technology, or enterprise software environments.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps and delivering technology-focused solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and advanced analytics concepts.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering and technical teams to develop and deliver digital products.
  • Demonstrated ability to access, analyze, and interpret data to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience supporting applications, reporting models, and data-driven business processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex cross-functional environments.
  • Experience conducting business reviews and developing actionable recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise organizations and complex marketing ecosystems.
  • Background supporting Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), personalization initiatives, customer journey orchestration, or marketing technology solutions.
  • Experience working with predictive modeling, decisioning systems, or AI-driven customer engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite products, reporting tools, and enterprise collaboration technologies.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling data or AI-enabled products.
