Le rôle
Nous recrutons au nom d'un chef de file mondial en fabrication de pointe basé à Montréal pour un Agent de Méthodes spécialisé en fabrication et assemblage de composants aéronautiques. Ce rôle technique est au cœur de l'optimisation des procédés de production, entre l'ingénierie et le plancher.
Vos responsabilités
- Rédiger et réviser des guides d'instructions d'assemblage et de fabrication pour la production de composants aéronautiques
- Interpréter, vérifier et approuver des dessins techniques et documents d'ingénierie
- Développer des stratégies d'assemblage et de fabrication adaptées aux composants en production
- Concevoir les outils nécessaires à la fabrication et à l'assemblage en tenant compte des tolérances géométriques
- Harmoniser la mise en œuvre des modifications d'ingénierie en collaboration avec les équipes d'ingénierie, logistique, qualité et production
- Participer activement au support de production en coordonnant la résolution de problèmes avec les départements concernés
- Mettre à jour la structure documentaire des méthodes, effectuer des analyses SAP et optimiser les processus de production
- Établir les besoins en main-d'œuvre, outillage, aménagement, ergonomie et santé/sécurité selon la méthodologie optimale
- Contribuer au développement et à l'optimisation des processus liés à la fonction méthodes
Ce que vous apportez
- DEC ou Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, avionique, électrique, industriel, électromécanique, fabrication aérospatiale ou équivalent
- Capacité à lire des plans techniques et excellente visualisation en 3D
- Logique mécanique développée et solides compétences analytiques
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expérience avec des logiciels de conception : CATIA, AutoCAD, Enovia — un atout important
- Expérience avec un ERP tel que SAP — un atout

The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a world-leading precision manufacturer based in Montreal for a Methods Agent specializing in the manufacturing and assembly of aerospace components. This technical role sits at the intersection of engineering and the production floor, driving process optimization and assembly strategy.
Your Responsibilities
- Write and revise assembly and manufacturing instruction guides for the production of aerospace components
- Interpret, verify and approve technical drawings and engineering documents
- Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components
- Design the tools required for manufacturing and assembly while accounting for geometric tolerancing
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes in close collaboration with Engineering, Logistics, Quality and Production teams
- Actively support production by coordinating problem-solving with relevant departments
- Update the Methods documentation structure, perform SAP analysis and optimize production processes
- Establish requirements for labour, tooling, layout, ergonomics and health/safety according to optimal methodology
- Contribute to the development and optimization of processes related to the methods function
What You Bring
- College diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical, avionics, electrical, industrial, electromechanical engineering, aerospace manufacturing or equivalent
- Ability to read technical drawings with strong 3D visualization skills
