Hiring for Fall 2026 F&B Interns
Participate in a meaningful educational experience including measurable, productive and relevant activities of professionals in the food & beverage industry
Essential Job Functions:
- Complete tasks and responsibilities that benefit the organization and its guests
- Communicate questions, observations, needs, etc. as appropriate with the "site supervisor" and/or other
- Company professionals to enhance the learning experience and produce professional results
- Complete the agreed upon "contract hours" required by the J & W Student Employee program
- Practice safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Discuss goals, objectives and project topic/thesis (if applicable) and receive two performance appraisals
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company's Mission and Values of Communication, Integrity, Fun, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Ensure prompt and discrete notification to management and/or the Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
- Show a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Work Environment:
- May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
