Job description

Our client, a mid-sized Telco vendor that is part of a group of 30+ Telco software companies, is looking for a sole-contributor sales executive to hunt for new business and nurture existing accounts.
The client is strong in virtualized core network management solutions across 5G and in-building networks.
Dallas is the ideal location, but there is flexibility for the right profile.
  • Drives territory activities and ensures strong customer engagement on all fronts.
  • Responsible for territory sales plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, closing deals.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales for the territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and regular reviews performance to date.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Monitors costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Identifies new sales opportunities by leveraging contacts, industry knowledge, and working closely with internal teams.
  • Forges strong internal business partnerships to deliver customer expectations and solutions.
  • Holds themselves and others accountable for territory sales objectives.
  • Establishes consistent sales development to maximize competitive position and generate strong margin contributions across customer brand(s).
