Your future role
  • Perform septic tank pumping and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients in your assigned service areas
  • Complete filter media replacements for our Ecoflo® systems and maintain water treatment systems requiring media changes
  • Drive daily within Iowa and neighboring regions using a company vehicle
  • Load materials into the trailer and prepare equipment for each service job
  • Pump out septic tanks and used filter media using our modern vacuum trucks
  • Unpack and install new filter media into the Ecoflo® biofilter
  • Record service details during each client visit using our mobile system
  • Maintain the truck and trailer to ensure they are in top working condition
  • Perform various physically demanding tasks as needed
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following best practices in health and safety
Required skills
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift packages of approximately 50 lbs
  • Ability work extended hours during peak seasons
  • Comfort using mobile technology to complete tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems
  • Ability to work well with other team members
  • A commitment to sustainable practices and contributing to environmental protection
