This role is responsible for integrating complex systems within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on networking and platform systems integration. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of hardware and software solutions, delivering reliable, high-performance systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience in networking and aircraft systems integration, along with a strong technical background in troubleshooting, system optimization, and performance enhancement.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot system integrations across networking and aircraft subsystems
  • Develop and support secure, reliable network communications for optimal system performance
  • Integrate avionics and mission-critical systems within aircraft platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure full system functionality and requirements alignment
  • Conduct integration testing, validation, and verification to meet performance and safety standards
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues during development and post-deployment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration, configuration, and testing
  • Support continuous improvement of integration processes and best practices

Work Environment

Office or lab-based with up to 25% travel to customer or test sites

Education

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)

Experience

  • 3+ years in systems integration (networking and aircraft systems preferred)
  • Experience with avionics, flight control, or mission systems
  • Linux experience
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) in real-time systems
  • Familiarity with aircraft/ground system integration standards
