Proficiency in programming languages enables the creation and maintenance of robust automated test scripts, which are essential for accelerating test cycles and improving accuracy. Communication and collaboration skills are critical as the role involves working closely with diverse teams to integrate quality assurance seamlessly into the development process. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and cloud platforms supports the implementation of scalable and efficient testing environments.
