Background/Organizational Context

The Digital Learning and MultimediaDesign Intern will support the design, development, and continuous enhancementof Corporate Security's digital learning and learning communications portfolio.Working closely with the Global Security Training team, the intern will assistin transforming subject matter expertise into high-quality, learner-centereddigital learning experiences and visual materials that strengthen staffpreparedness, promote learning opportunities, and enhance security awareness.

The intern will contribute to thedevelopment of self-paced online courses, instructional videos, microlearningmodules, learning guides, preparedness guides, learning promotion materials,visual communications, and other digital learning resources. This internshipoffers hands-on experience in instructional design, multimedia production,visual communications, learning technologies, and AI-enabled contentdevelopment within a global training program.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Digital Learning Designand Development
Support the design,development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of digital learningproducts, including self-paced online courses, microlearning modules, learningguides, preparedness guides, and other digital learning resources.
2. Multimedia and VisualLearning Promotion
Assist in the creation andediting of instructional videos, animations, graphics, presentations, and othermultimedia assets. Support the development of visual communications andlearning promotion materials to increase awareness of Corporate Security trainingprograms and learning opportunities.
3. Learning ContentDevelopment
Collaborate with subjectmatter experts to transform technical and security-related content intoengaging, learner-centered digital learning experiences and visualcommunications by applying instructional design and adult learning principles.
4. Quality Assurance andContent Maintenance
Support testing, qualityassurance, periodic updates, and maintenance of digital learning products toensure functionality, consistency, accessibility, and a high-quality learnerexperience across learning platforms.
5. Innovation andContinuous Improvement
Research emerging trends,technologies, and best practices in digital learning, multimedia production,artificial intelligence, and learning technologies. Contribute ideas andrecommendations to support the continuous improvement of Corporate Security's digitallearning portfolio.
