  • Direct and execute administrative processes related to the execution of player transactions and Major League contracts.
  • Play a meaningful role in the salary arbitration process, from initial research performing comparative and market analysis, to formulating negotiation strategy, handling negotiations with player agents, and representing organizational interests in arbitration proceedings, requiring advanced analytical and legal reasoning.
  • Co-manage the Baseball Operations Internship program, including developing and implementing recruitment strategies, establishing program policies and procedures, participating in decisions regarding intern selection and placement, and evaluating program effectiveness to make recommendations for program improvements.
  • Lead special projects and cross functional initiatives as assigned, conducting independent strategic and financial analysis, formulating recommendations for organizational improvement, working collaboratively with the Senior Director and Chief of Staff to achieve departmental strategic objectives.
  • Perform other administrative or business operations duties as assigned by Senior Director and Chief of Staff, exercising discretion and independent judgment consistent with the nature of assigned duties.

Qualifications
