Job description

Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a senior-level Continuity Specialist to help develop, coordinate, and maintain continuity of operations plans and procedures for a national-level customer. This lead will support preparations for essential personnel, coordinate and implement those plans, and develop briefings and other requested materials on relocation plans and status. You are the responsible owner of specific plans supporting the community, including the integration of those plans across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the intelligence and/or law enforcement communities, excellent attention to detail, and is skilled at coordinating with a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring all needs are considered.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph;
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience; 4 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree;
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts across multiple stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and maintain national-level plans and procedures;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve issues with support from leadership

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
