Job description

Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program - same store, same rep, every 8 weeks - designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What you'll do (1-hour in-store visit, in priority order):

  1. Engage shoppers about the brand's flagship product line.
  2. Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
  3. Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
  4. Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post-visit photos + reporting.

Available Delaware Locations:

Newark, DE

Wilmington, DE

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual): Brand training session - 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day). Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation: $24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Required: Smartphone for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting. Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location. Residential mailing address for the brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).

  • Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
  • Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
  • Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
  • Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand-issued name badge at all times.
  • Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing - Acosta Group professionally at all times - you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
  • Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.
