You will be the commanding officer of our Richardson office, tasked with leading our sales and service teams, aggressively optimizing workflows, and driving massive revenue growth.

We have the capital, the leads, and the brand. We need the leader who can put it all together, hold the floor accountable, and ensure every customer gets a world-class experience.

The Role: Drive Revenue & Operational Excellence

  • Sales Leadership & Floor Management: You aren't just managing; you are coaching. You will recruit, train, and mentor licensed producers, run joint appointments, and ensure the team is ruthlessly executing our proven sales processes.
  • Lead Flow & Metric Tracking: You will live in the data. You will track dialer metrics, manage lead distribution, and optimize conversion rates to keep activity high and profitable.
  • Customer Retention & Service: Develop and enforce strict operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer service. You will oversee the service side of the house to maximize renewals and cross-sells.

Prior Farmers Insurance experience is a huge plus.
  • Licenses: A Texas Property & Casualty license is mandatory. Life & Health is highly preferred (or you must be willing to obtain it within 30 days).
  • The "Enforcer" Mentality: You know how to hold salespeople accountable to their KPIs without crushing morale. You are a natural mentor and a demanding leader.
  • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around agency management systems and understand how to leverage auto-dialers and CRM tools for maximum output.
