About the Role
The Contents Packout Manager oversees all contents operations on fire, water, mold, and biohazard restoration jobs. You'll lead the packout team from start to finish -inventory, transport, storage, and return - while keeping jobs on schedule and customers informed through some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise the packout crew on all job sites
  • Scope jobs in advance to determine staffing and supply needs
  • Oversee proper inventory, packing, labeling, and documentation of contents
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and field teams on scheduling
  • Ensure contents are handled, stored, and returned with care and accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards on all job types including bio and mold
  • Train and hold team members accountable to quality and efficiency standards
  • Manage temp labor usage and control unnecessary overtime
Requirements
  • Prior experience in restoration contents required
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, crew, and management
  • Comfortable working in fire, water, mold, and biohazard environments
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure
Schedule - Full-Time
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime required for emergency response situations
Pay
$25.00 – $27.00 per hour, based on experience
