About the Role

We are seeking a confident Researcher, Writer, and Presenter to join our full-time, in-office Hoffenmer Inc. team. This is a highly visible leadership role designed for a former educator, subject-matter expert, or strong presenter who thrives on researching complex topics and transforming them into clear, persuasive, and engaging content.

The ideal candidate is studious, intellectually curious, and exceptionally confident on camera and in live settings. This individual will serve as a trusted voice of the company by educating clients, leading webinars, recording professional video content, and creating written materials that drive understanding, trust, and product engagement.

This role requires someone who not only understands compliance topics deeply, but who can command a room and clearly communicate critical regulatory information to business owners. A core component of this position includes creating content written regulatory summaries to support our internal printing department and client-facing compliance materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on federal and state regulations, industry standards, and compliance requirements
  • Interpret complex regulatory information and translate it into clear, audience-friendly language
  • Present live webinars to corporate clients in a professional, confident, and engaging manner
  • Record live and pre-recorded educational videos
  • Create high-quality written content, including blogs, compliance guides, scripts, training materials, and executive summaries
  • Draft clear, accurate, and publication-ready regulatory summaries and compliance explanations for our printing department, ensuring materials are formatted, structured, and written for clients
  • Translate legal and regulatory language into concise written summaries suitable for printed compliance materials
  • Support product education and sales through informative presentations that generate buy-in
  • Highlight and reinforce key compliance pillars during presentations
  • Stay current on regulatory updates and emerging industry changes
  • Serve as an internal thought leader and subject matter resource
