You'll create content that supports both marketing objectives and authentic audience engagement.
Beyond content production, you'll help keep our brands relevant and connected by identifying emerging social trends, engaging with audiences, capturing timely content opportunities, and using performance insights to continuously refine and strengthen our social presence. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Channel Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, you'll help ensure content aligns with campaign priorities, brand positioning, and evolving audience expectations.

  • Do you enjoy building authentic connections with online communities? Support day-to-day audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a way that reflects brand voice, strengthens relationships, and encourages meaningful participation.
  • Can you balance creativity with business objectives? Partner with Brand, Creative, Channel Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to develop content that supports marketing initiatives, reinforces brand positioning, and delivers a consistent social experience across channels.
  • Do you use data to make great content even better? Monitor content performance, engagement, reach, and audience response to identify opportunities for testing, optimization, and continuous improvement.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific content strategies.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar platforms.
  • Experience capturing and editing content using mobile and lightweight production tools.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and modern content production workflows.
