You Are:
A Strategy Consulting guru with tons of experience setting growth and transformation agendas within the Banking Industry. Your expertise includes working with the management team and senior leadership to advise clients on strategies to transform their business operations or business model so they can crush their strategic, financial, and operational goals. As a manager, you're a natural at building and bringing out the best in teams. You thrive in solving complex problems, thanks to your prodigious analytical skills and structured approach. You have excellent communication and people skills along with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Work:

  • Run delivery of projects to get the lay of the land of clients' position in the Banking industry to make sure they are positioned for long-term success with practical road maps for carrying out strategy, managing change, and delivering value

  • Lead teams to deliver world-class business, operations, and technology strategy solutions that meet the needs of clients

  • Build relationships with senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions that sustain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

  • Provide overall guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate recommendations and insights and drive outcomes

  • Fortify Accenture's Strategy practice and role as a thought leader by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external

  • Mentor junior members of the Strategy team

  • Travel Monday - Thursday may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience from a Tier 1 consulting firm, or internal Strategy equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology (for example: Operating Models, digital disruption)

  • Practical knowledge and understanding of Analytics and Digital Technologies

  • Understanding of what is takes for a strategy to be executed

  • High-level understanding on how ecosystems fit into the digital world, and how digital technology is changing business

  • Well-networked with client executives in the Canadian Corporate landscape

  • Experience running large complex transformative programs

  • Excellent leadership and management skillsto build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize the issues and present solutionsto Senior Leaders

  • Ability to hold conversations with C-suite level clients

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • A University Degree is required for this position
