Job description

  • Provide strategic leadership and collaboration for system-wide digital platforms, content, and creative initiatives in collaboration with Information Systems and Technology
  • Ensure digital initiatives align with organizational priorities, brand standards, and audience needs
  • Lead the development and execution of digital and content strategies to advance organizational objectives, strengthen the brand, build trust, and drive engagement and conversion
  • Collaborate with department and organizational leadership to enhance digital experiences and deliver compelling, audience-centered content across channels
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for digital experience, content strategy, and creative execution across the organization
  • Serve as the business owner for digital experience, content, and audience engagement strategies
  • Support onsite responsibilities as needed and travel to other CentraCare sites
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Communications, Marketing, UX, Design, or related field required
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, content strategy, or related fields
  • Leadership/management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams across digital, UX, content, and creative
  • Experience in healthcare or complex, matrixed organizations preferred
  • Deep expertise in UX, digital platforms, content strategy, and multi-channel engagement
  • Experience with content management systems, digital tools, and emerging technologies
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, SEO, and digital best practices
  • Ability to influence and advise senior leaders on digital strategy and experience design
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into effective digital experiences and content strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data and insights to drive optimization and performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
