You will own how our content lives across every surface we ship: our websites, our web applications, and our mobile applications. The words, the images, and the video are already produced. Your job is to make them perform wherever they appear. That means every page and screen loads fast, reads clean, ranks and surfaces for the terms that matter, and feels effortless to move through. You are the last set of hands before the audience, and the distance between good content and content that converts often comes down to what you do with it.

This is not an entry-level role. You know content platforms at a level most people claim, and few possess, and you know that a content management system is one tool among many, not the whole job. You move quickly and you finish. You have shipped both technical and creative content, and you can tell the difference between something that looks fine and something that is right.

• Publishing, updating, and maintaining content across our websites, web applications, and mobile applications, with an eye that catches what an editor does not: a widow, a broken breakpoint, a hero image loading a beat too slow, a screen that stutters on an older phone.
• Ensuring every piece of produced content displays exactly as intended across devices, browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and app versions, with nothing in the render left to chance.
• Positioning and optimizing media so images and video display at the highest possible quality without costing you speed: correct formats, responsive and adaptive sizing, high-density assets, compression, and lazy-loading done right on both web and mobile.
• Optimizing on-page copy, alt text, meta titles, and meta descriptions around our target keywords and anchor text for search, and app store listings and metadata for discoverability on mobile.
• Building and maintaining a clean internal linking structure with deliberate anchor text across our web properties, strengthening the whole system, not just the page in front of you.
• Protecting performance as a standing priority, not a cleanup task: Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) on the web, and load time, responsiveness, and stability on mobile and in-app.
• Making every surface a pleasurable experience: spacing, hierarchy, flow, and the small details that separate something people tolerate from something people enjoy.
• Catching and fixing rendering issues, broken layouts, orphaned redirects, and quality drift across platforms and releases before anyone else sees them.
• Partnering with writers, designers, developers, and strategists to turn finished content into a live experience that holds up to our standard on every surface.

• Several years managing content across websites and applications at a professional level, with a portfolio of live properties you can point to.
• Deep, working fluency across content platforms: content management systems (WordPress among many, plus headless and API-driven setups), modern web application frameworks, and the mobile and app store content pipeline, including where each one helps and where each one quietly hurts performance.
• Real command of on-page SEO (keyword placement, metadata, structured data, canonical tags, redirects) and a working grasp of App Store Optimization for mobile.
• Hands-on experience optimizing media for web and mobile: WebP and AVIF, srcset and responsive images, high-density and adaptive assets, compression, and CDN delivery.
• A practical understanding of performance across surfaces: Core Web Vitals on the web, load and responsiveness on mobile, and the caching, image, and code habits that protect them.
• Enough comfort in HTML and CSS, and enough fluency working alongside developers in an application’s content layer, to read a page or screen, find the problem, and fix what a plugin cannot.
• A track record across both technical and creative content, and the judgment to know when each one is asking for something different.
• You are known for moving fast and finishing clean.
