  • Maintain SharePoint with sales tools, customer presentations, account planning materials, capability presentations, and other commercial resources.
  • Maintain the commercial operating cadence and forward-looking calendar, including sales meetings, pipeline/account reviews, customer meetings, leadership reviews, trade shows, key deliverables, and CCO special projects; track timelines, owners, and follow-up.
  • Support executive commercial materials by coordinating inputs, updating recurring content, and organizing information for review.

Marketing & Commercial Enablement

  • Support execution of Precera’s U.S. marketing activities and annual marketing plan.
  • Leverage approved AI and digital tools to support research, content development, meeting preparation, reporting, and commercial productivity while protecting confidential and customer information.
  • Maintain the marketing content calendar and track deliverables, deadlines, reviews, approvals, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate marketing content across company communications, LinkedIn, website, email campaigns, newsletters, presentations, videos, photography, and other channels.
  • Assist with creating, editing, organizing, and distributing sales and marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, samples, and digital content.
  • Ensure commercial and marketing materials remain current, accurate, organized, and consistent with Precera brand standards.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison between the CCO and Salesforce account representative(s), coordinating support needs, enhancements, licensing, training, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a day-to-day Salesforce power user and resource for the commercial organization.
  • Support Salesforce data integrity, adoption, and consistent use across the sales organization.
