Production Coordinator, Social Content Design

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Production Coordinator, Social Content Design at The North Face looks a little like this.

The Production Coordinator, Social Content Design plays a critical role in supporting our Global Brand Creative team, helpingbringbold ideas to life through strong organization, collaboration, and execution. They will translate campaign creative into channel-ready social content. This role will report into the Sr. Art Director, Lifestyle / 365.

Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Support Global Brand Creative teams with design concepts and production across high-volume campaign creative and social-first content

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure creative intent, brand consistency, and production quality are maintained from concept through final delivery

  • Translate campaign creative into channel-ready social content by leveraging pre-built Figma templates, reusable components, and established production workflows Stay current with emerging social media platforms, tools, and technologies to inform content strategy and execution

  • Manage individual objectives, revisions, and file organization to ensure efficient, scalable execution across multiple projects

  • Assist in producing, formatting, and preparing creative assets for social, digital, and cross-channel distribution, maintaining high standards of design quality and consistency

  • Facilitate execution and clear communication between creative and project leads and production partners to keep work aligned, on track, and efficiently delivered at scale

  • 1-3 years of experience designing social or digital marketing content.

  • Proficiency in Figma

  • Comfort working in collaborative, multi-user environments.

  • Strong understanding of social platform requirements and digital production best practices.

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills and file management.

  • Experience supporting creative or production teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in social media trends and industry best practices

  • Experience presenting work/articulating design goals to peers and leaders

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Working knowledge of creative workflows, asset management, file organization best practices, and modern workflow tools such as Figma and AI-enabled creative tools

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Location requirement: Denver, CO

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

  • Experience working within a brand design system.

  • Familiarity with campaign-based creative production.

  • Experience creating content for multiple digital channels and adapting creative across formats.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative review cycles with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience working with global or cross-functional creative teams.

  • On-set experience working in studio productions.

  • Social-first narrative skills, including caption writing, etc.

$61,344.00 USD - $76,680.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, orcommissionpotential.
