  • Quality Control: Review materials for accuracy, consistency, grammar, style, formatting, and alignment with ProShares' brand voice and editorial standards.
  • Workflow and Documentation: Help maintain project trackers, editorial calendars, content inventories, and related documentation to support transparency and accountability across the content process.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, marketing, or a related field, ideally in financial services, asset management, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience supporting content development, editorial workflows, project coordination, or marketing review processes preferred.
  • Copy editing, proofreading, or editorial experience is a plus.

Success at ProShares:
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review materials for grammar, accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand alignment.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple content projects, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs simultaneously.
  • Ability to help move content through editorial, compliance, and approval processes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, legal, product, sales, and other internal teams.
  • Familiarity with content management, project management, or workflow tools such as Asana, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
