What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you will have: • Built a professional, measurable social media presence for a pediatric clinic • Created a portfolio of real content used in a healthcare setting • Demonstrated growth in engagement and followers • Contributed to increased community awareness and patient engagement • Delivered a final summary of strategy, results, and recommendations
Qualifications: • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok preferred) • Experience creating content (graphics, reels, short-form video) • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar • Strong writing and storytelling skills • Comfortable being proactive, taking initiative, and working independently • Professionalism and ability to work in a healthcare environment • Interest in healthcare, pediatrics, or community outreach strongly preferred
Hours: • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week • Flexible schedule with some on-site content capture required • Compensation: Paid
Additional Notes: Why This Internship Stands Out • You will own a brand, not just assist • You'll produce real work with measurable impact • Direct access to clinic leadership and decision-makers • Opportunity to build a strong, results-driven portfolio • Experience in the rapidly growing space of healthcare marketing and patient engagement. Bonus (Nice-to-Have Skills) • Experience growing a personal or business social media account • Basic photography or videography skills • Understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking • Experience with healthcare or HIPAA guidelines.
