Position Overview
The Event Content Team is seeking an Event Project Manager responsible for coordinating content development across assigned topic areas for this client and partner events. This role partners closely with Product Marketing and requires strong program management experience supporting content planning, event execution, expo planning, and post-event analysis.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can independently manage complex projects with limited guidance, proactively identifies risks, and communicates effectively with stakeholders and senior leadership. Candidates with experience managing large-scale event deliverables across multiple teams will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of event content workstreams.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain deadlines and project tracking tools.
  • Provide status updates and escalation support to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks.
  • Support innovation and process improvements in program delivery.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, event, and business teams.
  • Interface with sr leaders and external stakeholders when necessary.

MUST HAVES:
  • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Event program management or experiential marketing experience.
  • Experience communicating complex concepts to various audiences.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software such as:
    • Microsoft 365
    • AirTable
    • RainFocus
    • Cvent
    • Asana

NICE TO HAVES:
  • Conference planning experience where breakout sessions are a verifiable workstream.
  • Extensive experience using AirTable and RainFocus.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Experience with event management.
  • Administrative support experience.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions and recommendations.
  • Project management certifications such as:
