Your role at Clorox:

Hidden Valley Ranch is looking for two creator duos to serve as its first-ever Ranchbassadors - a paid, full-time, role built around content creation, travel, and cultural storytelling.
Selected duos will create content for the Hidden Valley Ranch social platforms as they travel across Europe, documenting their journey as they bring this iconic flavor into different cultures. The role requires producing original, platform ready content in real time - capturing authentic consumer reactions, unscripted moments, and the unique cultural exchange that happens when an American icon meets European cuisine.
Strong on-camera presence, instinctive storytelling, and the ability to create compelling content in dynamic, fast-moving environments are essential. Applicants must be available for this temporary role that will begin Mid-June and is anticipated to end on or before August 31st.

In this role, you will:

THE ROUTE

You willtravela multi-city Europeanrouteover7 weeks.The full itinerary is provided upon appointment.

Content Creation

  • Ideate, film, edit,produce copy,and publish 4 short-form social pieces per week (ex.TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)

  • Manage the social media accounts of theRanchbassadorProgram from end to end

  • Capture and publish 1 long-form YouTube episode per week

  • Create reaction-driven, culturally curious content in the spirit of spontaneous street-style storytelling

  • All content is fully owned in perpetuity by the Clorox Company

Cultural Engagement

  • Travel across Europe pairing Hidden Valley Ranch with local dishes (e.g., frites in Amsterdam, pizza in Rome,bratwurstin Munich)

  • Approach and engage strangers confidently and respectfully. Invite them to try ranch,and with prior approval,capture their honest reactions

  • Connect with local food markets, street food vendors, and popular restaurants to source authentic cultural dishes

  • Ensure all participants complete required content release waivers

Logistics& Reporting

  • Attend weekly check-ins with the Hidden Valley Ranch Social Team to align onschedule, content, and deliverables

  • Submit weekly learnings reports covering consumer reactions, cultural insights, content performance signals, and notable observations

  • Maintain route tracking including city progression and journey logs using provided templates

  • Upload all raw and edited assets weekly to the Clorox shared asset folder, clearly labeled by location and date

  • Follow the travel route and schedule coordinated with the assigned travel agent

  • Contribute to an end-of-program insights report summarizing global sentiment, top-performing content, and recommendations for future programs

$12,000 salary per person

  • All flights, trains, taxis, and ground transportation covered
  • Hotel accommodations (one room for two people; 3-4 star)
