Would you like to be part of the team that makes PlayStation Plus the greatest game subscription service in the world? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Content Planning Manager to join the PlayStation team that runs PlayStation Plus - the world's largest gaming subscription service.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a global team that drives significant impact for players, our partners, and PlayStation, in a fun, fast-paced environment.

This role requires a mix of organizational and process-centric skills, and a proven ability to partner optimally across multiple teams and divisions. The day-to-day work involves aligning multiple teams to internal deadlines, being fully across our content roadmap planning, and working with our operations and acquisition teams to help deliver the right content at the right times.

The ideal person for this role will have proven experience in influencing stakeholders, an eye for detail, deep knowledge of the video game industry, and the ability to drive workstreams effectively in an environment that's constantly evolving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning: Work with teams to identify roadmap gaps, content removal recommendations, and regional considerations to help deliver for players, partners, and PlayStation
  • Internal Alignment: Help organize stakeholders within acquisition, operations, and other functions to make sure all deadlines are hit and all the proper cross-functional teams have been properly briefed
  • Outline Ideal Timelines: Drive internal views for what needs to get done when, to help support internal approvals, external offers, and outstanding tasks
  • Commercial Insight: Apply customer, commercial, and publisher insights to inform and refine your roadmap recommendations
  • Long-Term Planning: Collaborate with third-party teams to build long-term business plans that align with the broader PlayStation strategy and create stronger partner relationships
  • Budget Management: Support a multi-million-dollar budget, helping organize the content that determines our ROI and growth

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: At least two years of experience in roles related to customer offers in gaming, apps, video, music, or subscription services; experience with productivity tools and technologies like Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Communication Skills: Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and keep them to strict deadlines
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge and experience of the digital gaming landscape, key players, and competitive offerings
  • Team Collaboration: Proven experience working in high-performing teams, ideally in an international or remote working structure
  • Eye for Detail: This role will involve tracking and guiding multiple complex and cross-functional workstreams, so being able to project manage is key
