Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually + Performance Bonus

Location: Hybrid (Florida-based) – Travel required throughout Florida

OnSpot Dermatology is Florida's leading mobile dermatology practice, bringing comprehensive dermatologic care directly to patients through our fleet of fully equipped mobile medical clinics, while also serving patients in our brick-and-mortar locations. We provide skin cancer screenings, medical dermatology, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and telemedicine services, making high-quality care more convenient and accessible.

Since 2021, OnSpot has diagnosed and treated thousands of skin cancers across Florida while partnering with businesses, communities, senior living facilities, and healthcare organizations to deliver life-saving dermatologic care. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in medical and dermatology marketing to lead our marketing efforts.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare marketing professional to take ownership of OnSpot Dermatology's marketing strategy. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives that increase patient volume, strengthen our brand, expand corporate and community partnerships, and support the continued growth of our mobile and clinic-based services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully marketing a dermatology practice or dermatology organization and understands the unique challenges and regulations associated with healthcare marketing.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with direct dermatology marketing experience to lead our marketing efforts. Candidates without prior dermatology marketing experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support patient growth across both our mobile practice and brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns targeting patients, referring providers, employers, and community partners.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, website optimization, and content strategy.
  • Oversee and grow OnSpot Dermatology's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Create marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, newsletters, patient education materials, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms to improve patient engagement and lead generation.
  • Coordinate public relations opportunities, media outreach, and community awareness campaigns.
  • Plan and support community events, employer wellness events, and outreach initiatives throughout Florida.
  • Analyze campaign performance, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with outside vendors including photographers, designers, printers, advertising agencies, and media partners.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead future marketing team members.
QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience within a dermatology practice or dermatology organization (Required).
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing marketing campaigns for a medical practice.
  • Strong understanding of dermatology services, including medical dermatology, skin cancer detection, Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and patient education.
  • Experience marketing to both patients (B2C) and healthcare/business partners (B2B).
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a healthcare organization.
  • Understanding of healthcare advertising guidelines and HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
Preferred
  • Experience working for a Dermatology practice.
  • Experience marketing mobile healthcare services
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience producing photo and video content for healthcare marketing.
  • Knowledge of the Florida healthcare market.
