Position Overview:  

The Content Manager is the connective tissue of the Removery brand. You will manage and execute content across our most critical channels — website, email, in-studio assets, internal communications and more — ensuring every piece of content is on-brand, accurate, and purposeful. 

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will be a reliable, detail-obsessed steward of the Removery voice and visual identity. You'll work across teams to gather content needs, manage production workflows, and ensure nothing goes live without the right quality and brand standards in place. 

Key Responsibilities:  

Website Content 

  1. Own day-to-day content management on Removery.com, including website updates, new location pages, promotions, and blog/resource content 

  1. Coordinate with the digital/web team to ensure timely, accurate, and on-brand content deployment 

  1. Maintain a content calendar aligned to campaigns, new studio openings, and seasonal marketing priorities 

  1. Audit existing web content regularly for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment 

  1. SEO/GEO/AEO experience and creating content to support all aspects of Organic content including keyword development to help capture organic traffic  
     

Email & SMS Marketing Content 

  1. Write, edit, and manage content for all customer-facing email/SMS communications, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle flows, and transactional messages 

  1. Partner with the Call Center and CRM teams to build a content-first strategy 

  1. Ensure email/SMS copy and design assets meet brand standards before deployment 

  1. Track content performance and provide recommendations for improvement 
     

In-Studio & Print Assets 

  1. Write and update in-studio content assets including signage, brochures, consent materials, and graphics 

  1. Collaborate with Studio Operations to understand in-studio content needs and develop content to support operational needs  

  1. Maintain an organized asset library that studio teams can access easily and consistently 

  1. Ensure all physical materials reflect current brand standards and any regional or regulatory variations 
     

Internal Communications 

  1. Support the development and management of internal content across channels such as Slack, email newsletters, and intranet/knowledge bases 

  1. Ensure internal communications align with brand voice and reinforce Removery's culture and values 

  1. Partner with HR/People & Culture and Operations teams to develop and distribute team-facing content for campaigns, training, and announcements 

  1. Help ensure all internal-facing brand communications are consistent with the external brand 

Content Operations 

  1. Help manage the master LLM that is used to maintain our content across our AI agents  

  1. Maintain a master content calendar that integrates all channels and stakeholder needs 

  1. Manage content intake requests from cross-functional teams and prioritize against Creative Director guidance 

  1. Maintain and enforce brand voice guidelines, copy standards, and content templates 

  1. Brief and manage freelance copywriters and content producers as needed 

Required Qualifications: 

  1. 4+ years of content management, copywriting, or content marketing experience 

  1. Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, tone, and consistency 

  1. Experience managing content across multiple channels (web, email, print, internal comms) 

  1. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, or similar) 

  1. Excellent organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball 

  1. Collaborative, low-ego, and solutions-oriented approach to cross-functional work 

  1. Experience in consumer-facing brands, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  1. Experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud 

  1. Basic design sensibility and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva 

  1. Experience in multi-unit retail or franchise environments 

  1. Understanding of SEO best practices and how content drives organic performance
