Job description

The PR and Content Manager supports and advises global clients in defining and owning their space through strategic communications. This includes delivering integrated PR and Content campaigns including media relations, press releases, article creation, graphic content creation with support presentation support, ensuring all activity is clearly aligned to client objectives and drives measurable outcomes. 

Client 

  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and sectors globally, identifying their position, challenges, and opportunities within their industries 
  • Advise clients on PR and content plans aligned to business objectives  
  • Identify and develop proactive story angles that build visibility and credibility across earned, owned, and shared channels 
  • Develop high-quality content including high value anchor content (e.g. white papers) press releases, thought leadership, social content, and blogs. Graphic content skills also welcome 
  • Create content including anchor pieces of high value content to allow news angles to hang from and other types of content to be developed to align to engaging target audiences in multiple ways 
  • Present work and results to clients, clearly demonstrating impact against agreed objectives and outcomes 
  • Lead and support the delivery of PR and content campaigns across global markets 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop impactful concepts and bring communications ideas to life, including working with creative teams to extend activity across earned channels 
  • Devise and execute media and PR plans that support key initiatives, including the effective use of PR to enhance search visibility 
  • Secure earned opportunities to profile senior leaders and subject matter experts in alignment with business objectives (e.g. media coverage, features, speaking opportunities, podcasts, and events) 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media across traditional and digital platforms, establishing trusted connections with key journalists and influencers 
  • Contribute to crisis communications support, including advising on preparedness and supporting response activity, as well as ongoing improvement of response processes
