**This is an hourly, hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the moderation team by helping maintain quality standards, following established processes, and providing day-to-day support to moderators. The Moderation Operations Coordinator serves as a resource for team members, helps resolve routine questions, and contributes consistent moderation. 

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Perform monthly quality checks on AI and human moderation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and policy adherence and share results with the team and Moderation Manager.
  • Monitor escalated moderation decisions and complex review scenarios.
  • Respond to moderator questions and provide guidance as needed.
  • Identify trends, flag issues, and share suggestions for improvement with the Moderation Manager.
  • Serve as the subject matter resource on moderation policies and best practices.
