  • Develop and evolve a multi-platform content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Generate fresh, data-informed content concepts that balance trends with evergreen storytelling
  • Identify opportunities to expand our content mix, including educational series, personality-driven content, behind-the-scenes features, and creator collaborations
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging formats
Creative Leadership
  • Lead creative ideation sessions and maintain an active content pipeline
  • Produce high-quality, platform-native video content from concept through final edit
  • Raise the creative standard across all published content through strong storytelling, pacing, editing, and production techniques

  • Recommend strategic shifts based on performance trends and audience behavior
Team Development
  • Mentor and collaborate with the Content Creator to strengthen ideation, production, and storytelling skills
  • Provide constructive creative feedback while fostering a collaborative and experimental environment
  • Help establish repeatable creative processes and best practices
Brand Growth
  • Help define and evolve the @cocktails brand voice across platforms
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, creator collaborations, and community engagement
  • Support initiatives that expand @cocktails beyond social media into a broader digital media brand
Qualifications
  • 3 - 5+ years creating high-performing social-first content for consumer brands or digital media
  • Demonstrated success growing audiences across multiple social platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing compelling short-form and long-form video content
  • Advanced video production and editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent)
  • Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, audience behavior, and content trends
  • Experience interpreting analytics and using performance data to guide creative decisions
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring or developing creative talent
  • Passion for food, beverage and lifestyle content
