Role Summary:
The Motion Content Creator is a versatile visual storyteller who brings ideas to life through a combination of creative craft and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate excels at translating creative direction, cultural insights, and relevant trends into impactful content, balancing polished brand storytelling with authentic, creator-inspired approaches across a variety of formats including paid, owned, digital, and in-theater channels. With a strong understanding of platform-native content, they create compelling content that captures attention, drives engagement, and builds authentic trust in the brand.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop compelling motion content from concept through final delivery, bringing ideas to life through video, animation, editing, and design.
  • Produce motion content across paid social, organic social, CTV, digital OOH, digital menu boards, promotional trailers, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Execute creative concepts across a variety of formats, aspect ratios, and platforms.
  • Produce both quick-turn content and larger campaign assets while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Reports to the ACD (Motion), and works alongside Creative, Social, and Marketing partners to bring content ideas to life from concept through execution.
  • Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.
  • Translate creative direction into compelling visual content, seamlessly balancing brand design standards with authentic UGC-style storytelling across channels.
  • Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.
  • Stay informed on social trends, creator-driven content, emerging formats, and platform best practices.
  • Apply knowledge of audience behaviors to create content that feels relevant and engaging.
  • Continuously seek inspiration and explore new creative techniques, tools, and storytelling approaches to elevate content quality and effectiveness.
  • Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver final assets according to platform specifications and production requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality control, and consistency across all deliverables.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years professional motion content experience at an agency, brand or production studio.
  • BS/BA in graphic design, motion graphics, content creator or related field.
  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates experience working with video content across various digital and social channels.
  • Fluent in mac-based Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on After Effects and working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools.
  • Technical ability to shoot, edit, animate, and design photo + video content from idea to executed deliverable.
  • Collaborative but also can work independently based on task.
  • Comfortable operating camera equipment within our internal studio or outside our office at one of our theater locations.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to produce content in a fast-paced environment.
