- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred
- Cannabis industry experience a plus — not required
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Comfortable working in a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software; cannabis seed-to-sale experience a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must meet all state requirements for employment in a licensed cannabis facility

Compensation & Benefits:

- $20.00/hr. | Full-time, 40 hours per week
