We are seeking a strategic and highly creative Social Creative Manager to lead the Social Content team at Trove Brands. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of best-in-class social-first creative across our portfolio of brands. You will manage and mentor a small Social Production team, while driving the overall creative vision, content strategy, and production output for social channels.
Your primary goal will be to elevate our social presence through innovative, high-performing content that captures attention, strengthens brand affinity, and drives engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Direction & Execution: Oversee the ideation, creation, and delivery of engaging content, including videos, photography, graphics, and other formats. Ensure all content is high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for platform performance.
  • Creative Leadership & Strategy: Define and lead the creative vision for social content across all brands, ensuring alignment with brand identity, campaign objectives, and business goals.
  • Team Management & Development: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of social creatives. Provide direction, feedback, and professional development opportunities to elevate team performance.
  • Production Oversight: Lead content production workflows from concept to execution, ensuring efficient planning, shooting, editing, and delivery processes.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, digital, and e-commerce teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data and insights to evaluate content performance and continuously refine creative approaches for improved results.

Qualifications
We seek employees who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in social media creative, content production, or a related field, with videography or photography experience preferred.
  • A keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to create visually compelling content.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social-first content across video, photography, and digital formats. A portfolio or links to your work is required.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve Studio, and familiarity with emerging tools/platforms.
  • Experience managing creative teams and leading projects from concept through execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media language, trends, and culture.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
