  • Ability to use analytics and performance insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve audience engagement.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in marketing (B2C or B2B) or a media or agency environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with workflow and project management tools such as Workfront and Jira

  • Experience producing creative work within financial services or other highly regulated industries, or an understanding of financial services consumer mindsets.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. By fostering a culture of face-to-face collaboration, idea sharing, productivity and personal connection, we deliver for our stakeholders - clients, advisors, employees and shareholders. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
