As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be part of a fast-moving, creative marketing team that brings together strategy, digital marketing, events, content, data and technology to help our dealerships grow.

You’ll serve as a key day-to-day marketing partner for your assigned dealerships, working closely with dealership leadership, internal marketing specialists and external partners to turn business priorities into campaigns that get noticed — and get results.

If you can move from building a monthly marketing calendar, to coordinating a digital campaign, to helping bring an event to life without missing a beat, this could be your next move.

At FFUN, we take growth seriously — but we believe you should have some fun getting there.

when it comes to career growth. Join our talented marketing crew, and let’s create some marketing magic together!

What You'll be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned dealerships, building strong relationships and understanding their business priorities.
  • Develop and coordinate monthly marketing calendars, campaigns and initiatives aligned with dealership goals.
  • Manage and maintain dealership websites, ensuring content, promotions and information remain accurate and current.
  • Coordinate digital marketing initiatives with internal and external partners, including lead-generation campaigns, email, text and social media.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms for the locations you support.
  • Coordinate in-store and off-site events, promotions and dealership activations.
  • Work alongside dealership operations and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, effectively and on time.
  • Monitor marketing performance, lead-generation results and campaign activity, identifying opportunities to improve results.
  • Support OEM co-op administration, campaign documentation, marketing reporting and other key marketing operations.
  • Keep multiple projects moving at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, timelines and follow-through.
  • Contribute ideas, challenge the status quo and help us continuously improve the dealership marketing experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You live and breathe marketing — creative, curious, and driven to make an impact.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, social media or a related environment.
  • Minimum one year of formal marketing training with a Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Background in marketing coordination, digital campaigns, or social media management is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms or similar tools.
  • Organized multitasker with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and adventure-loving culture.

    Why FFUN:
