The Digital Experience and Engagement (DX&E) team leads enterprise-wide initiatives to advance the digital member journey. Collaborating across functions, the team designs and implements strategies that enhance digital experiences and support business objectives. Members contribute through leadership, strategic thinking, analytics, and clear communication, driving innovation and operational excellence. By delivering impactful digital media initiatives, the team fosters continuous improvement within a leading global brand, ensuring alignment with business goals and promoting data-driven decision-making to advance digital transformation.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
