Your hunger for learning content strategy comes from your analytical, organizational, andcreative skills. As a budding Content Analyst professional at Critical Mass, you'll have the opportunity to help guide the process of developing, organizing and positioning the best content possible.A fast-paced environment and concurrently running projects don't faze you. You're a fast learner who isable to emulate your peers, mentors and managers. You work hard on your own initiative and deliversolid work on time. You're flexible enough to change direction on a dime and confident enough to seekexpert help when you need it. You're comfortable working through the content development process inword documents, spreadsheets and white boards. Your ability to learn and use software tools such asFigma, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote, Word will ensure that you're creating professional quality deliverables.
You Will:
Current state analysis of client digital properties including content audits, gap analysis and heuristic evaluations.
Research, including conducting competitive audits, social audits, search audits, and analytics analysis.
Preparing and presenting research summaries and reports.
Mapping current state content back to new experiences and designs.
Creating and maintaining content organization documents and deliverables.
Helping to research, develop and document channel strategies and distribution plans.
Helping to develop messaging, copy direction and style guidelines.
Creating and maintaining content governance documentation.
Show creative thinking and complete assignments rapidly, while demonstrating an attention to detail.
You Have:
2-3 years in content management strategy, content operations, technical content architecture, or content analysis
Keen to develop better knowledge of Content Strategy best practices and the tools used to create deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Strong proofreading, copyediting, and writing skills.
Solid understanding of grammar rules.
Experience or interest in analyzing and organizing content.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience or interest in, interpreting analytics, metrics, and user data.
Great communicator and critical thinker.
Attention to detail.
Able to discuss, defend and debate concepts with team members.
Participate in creative brainstorming and strategic execution.
Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and constant changes in an extremely fast-paced environment. $55,000-$60,000
