  • Establish, build, and own firmwide BIM standards, templates, and workflows and evolve them over time to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across all projects.
  • Build and refine documentation systems and content libraries, ensuring resources are current and accessible.
  • Continuously evaluate workflows and opportunities to improve efficiency and quality across the design technology ecosystem. Coordinate implementation with discipline directors and leadership.
Training, Onboarding, & Support
  • Lead the development and delivery of onboarding and training initiatives related to BIM tools and workflows, ensuring employees are equipped to work effectively within firm standards.
  • Develop and deliver structured training that elevate the technical proficiency of project teams and close firmwide knowledge gaps.

  • Administer and manage BIM-related platforms, including project setup, user access, and system organization within cloud-based environments.
  • Maintain and upgrade BIM content and templates in alignment with software updates, code cycles, and evolving project requirements.
  • Partner with software providers to ensure tools are effectively implemented and supported.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends related to BIM and design technology.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance the firm’s ability to deliver high-quality, efficient, and forward-thinking design solutions.
  • Collaborate with Pfluger’s leaders to support the evolution of design technology capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Alignment with Pfluger’s purpose of “inspiring people to create a more meaningful human experience,” with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience working within an architecture firm, with a strong understanding of how BIM tools support project delivery.
  • Experience developing and managing BIM standards, templates, and content libraries within a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Autodesk collaboration platforms is required.
  • Proven ability to build, implement, or scale systems, standards, or workflows within a professional environment.
  • Proven ability to train and support team members with varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams and levels of experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort operating independently and taking ownership of both strategy and execution.
  • Professional degree in Architecture required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience within an architectural environment.
  • Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure is strongly preferred.
