  • Establish thought leadership and healthcare authority by creating educational content that reinforces MDVIP's credibility, prevention-led approach, and national scale, informed by healthcare trends and market insights.
  • Lead content creation and execution across channels and formats including web, email, video, paid media, direct mail, and sales enablement, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
  • Manage and mentor a content team and creative partners, including writers and videographers, setting clear standards for quality, performance, and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Legal/Compliance, Clinical leadership, and Field teams to ensure content aligns with business priorities, adheres to messaging guardrails, and supports go-to-market initiatives.
  • Oversee governance and quality control, reviewing content across channels to ensure legal, clinical, and brand consistency, and updating guidelines as needed.
  • Measure, optimize, and scale content impact, defining KPIs, analyzing performance, testing messaging, and leveraging AI and emerging tools to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and personalization.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic storytelling and brand stewardship.
  • Strong editorial judgment and messaging discipline.
  • Executive-level writing, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Data-driven decision making with experience defining KPIs and tying content performance to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering across functions and influencing executive decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, and content leadership, including ownership of enterprise-level content strategy.
  • Proven people leadership experience managing senior writers, videographers, and creative partners.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling full-funnel content strategies across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience translating complex or regulated subject matter (e.g., healthcare, financial services) into clear, credible, and compelling content.
  • Hands-on execution capability across short-form and long-form content, including paid media, video, and editorial content.
