Location: Columbus, OH

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Job Description:

The Senior .NET Developer will assist in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. This role requires expert-level proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git source control, SQL Server, Adobe platform integration, and FileNet enterprise content/workflow systems. The developer will be responsible for building secure, scalable solutions, automating development pipelines, and supporting modification efforts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and develop .NET applications, APIs, and integration services


• Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Releases)


• Utilize Git for branching strategies, version control, and collaborative development workflows


• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning


• Integrate Adobe form services, workflows, and document processing with .NET applications


• Design and implement FileNet integrations including content storage, retrieval, workflows, and metadata management


• Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions


• Troubleshoot complex application, data, and integration issues across environments


• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and code reviews


• Produce technical documentation

Mandatory skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8)
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for automated builds, releases, pipelines, and artifact management
• Expertise in Git-based workflows (branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews)
• Advanced SQL Server skills including performance tuning and complex query development
• Experience with Adobe forms, workflows, and integration with enterprise applications
• Experience integrating with FileNet content and workflow systems (APIs, metadata, security)
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, and API protection frameworks
• Ability to work independently and assist in development efforts on complex, multi-system projects
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Certifications or Desired skills if any

• Experience with cloud-native architecture (Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and modern deployment methodologies
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of enterprise document management and workflow best practices
