Job description

Title: Manager, Channel Enablement & Certification

Location: Remote

Position Summary:

The Manager, Channel Enablement & Certification is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling partner enablement and certification programs that build strong, capable, and self-sufficient channel partners across North America.

This role ensures partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and credentials required to successfully position, sell, implement, and support Sapiens solutions. Working closely with Channel leadership, Sales, Product, and Services teams, the role plays a key part in enabling consistent partner execution and high-quality customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement & Certification Programs

  • Design and run end-to-end partner enablement and certification programs across North America.
  • Define clear certification paths by partner type, role, and solution area (sales, pre-sales, delivery, implementation).
  • Maintain and evolve enablement programs in line with product releases, GTM priorities, and partner maturity.

Training & Curriculum Development

  • Develop and maintain structured training curricula, learning paths, and certification content in partnership with Product, Services, and Enablement teams.
  • Ensure enablement materials are practical, current, and grounded in real-world partner use cases.
  • Lead onboarding enablement for new partners and newly onboarded partner resources.

Partner Readiness & Capability Building

  • Establish and manage standards for partner readiness and specialization tied to certification and delivery capability.
  • Enable partners to engage confidently in customer opportunities through strong technical, functional, and commercial readiness.
  • Identify capability gaps and address them through targeted enablement initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Channel leadership to align enablement priorities with partner strategy and ecosystem needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across internal and partner audiences.
  • Partner with Services and Delivery teams to ensure certification reflects delivery expectations and quality standards.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report on enablement and certification metrics, including adoption, attainment, and partner readiness.
  • Use performance data and feedback to continuously improve enablement effectiveness and partner experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel enablement, training, or sales enablement within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing partner training and certification programs.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Product, Services, and Channel teams.
  • Excellent communication, program management, and execution skills.
  • Travel as needed
