Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Work alongside developers and cross-functional stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective quality strategies. - Build and maintain automation solutions for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Participate in requirement reviews and technical design discussions to identify quality risks and improve testability. - Develop reusable tools, scripts, and frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and reduce manual testing effort. - Analyze bottlenecks in quality workflows and help improve testing processes, tools, and platform capabilities. - Support AI testing initiatives, including validating AI-enabled features, improving automated test generation, or using AI-assisted quality workflows to increase testing effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. - Understanding of software testing fundamentals, networking, databases, algorithms, and system design. - Hands-on coding ability and basic understanding of development and debugging workflows. - Strong execution ability, learning agility, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Interest in test automation, quality engineering, developer tools, or scalable testing infrastructure. - Experience from internships, academic projects, competitions, or research related to software engineering or testing. - Interest in AI testing, intelligent automation, or evaluating the quality and reliability of AI-driven product features. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, and globally distributed team environment.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $42.75- $42.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
