Job Description:
you will join the Global Enablement Team as the technical owner of data analysis and reporting, transforming how we measure enablement program effectiveness. You will develop, implement, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting frameworks to support global growth. Your responsibilities include managing the complete analytics process, from data collection to delivering actionable insights focused on sales performance, training, onboarding, and content adoption.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design relevant metrics, automate reporting processes, and refine your analytics strategy. Your experience in data analytics, particularly in sales enablement, will help you create meaningful dashboards that track KPIs. With a customer-first attitude, you will ensure insights are actionable and impactful.
Success will be measured by the adoption of enablement programs and the accuracy of your reporting. Key tasks include analyzing data from various sources, defining and tracking KPIs, leading automation efforts, and ensuring all stakeholders have access to the necessary insights for informed decision-making.
