Job description

Welcome to 4Ever Young ✨a premier destination for all things aesthetic and wellness. We believe looking good and feeling amazing go hand-in-hand. While we’re a rapidly growing national brand, our clinic is locally owned, meaning you get the backing of a powerhouse name with the supportive, warm feel of a close-knit family.

We’re looking for a superstar Licensed Medical Esthetician to take over a growing book of business (our beloved provider is relocating out of state!). As our practice expands, and as we roll out new advanced laser tech, this role is primed to soon jump from Part-Time to Full-Time.

Who You Are
  • A Skincare & Aesthetic Addict: You live for the latest in glow-inducing treatments and skin science.
  • A Relationship Builder: You don't just "do facials"—you create personalized long-term skin journeys and build loyal client relationships.
  • A Content Creator at Heart: You’re totally comfortable stepping in front of the camera to create engaging, aesthetic social content and educate your followers/patients.
  • A Goal-Getter: You’re self-motivated, coachable, and love hitting sales goals through genuine patient education, not pushy tactics.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
1. Patient Care & Treatment Magic
  • Perform high-level consultations and curate custom, long-term skincare plans.
  • Deliver top-tier treatments: Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, PRP, Exosome Therapies, and corrective treatments.
  • Lead our expansion into laser services and help decide which devices we offer, like Morpheus, Sciton, Clear & Brilliant or Cynosure.
  • Collaborate closely with our aesthetic injectors to pair skin health treatment plans with injectables like Botox, fillers, and Sculptra.
2. Retail & Patient Education
  • Educate clients with confidence on home care, treatment packages, and memberships.
  • Hit and exceed monthly service and retail goals naturally through authentic recommendations.
  • Stay in the loop on all things 4Ever Young—promotions, new launches, and skincare science.
3. Social Media & Brand Vibe
  • Show off your expertise! Star in educational reels, aesthetic treatment videos, and client transformations.
  • Help create organic, trendy content that highlights our culture, treatments, and results.
4. Daily Operations
  • Keep your treatment space looking aesthetic, organized, sanitized, and fully stocked.
  • Document patient charts seamlessly in our EMR system (Zenoti) along with sleek and consistent before-and-after photos.
  • Pitch in with front desk duties when needed (checking patients in/out, scheduling, creating great first impressions).
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Haves:
  • Active Arizona Esthetician License
  • Active Arizona Certified Laser Technician (CLT) License
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting.
  • Proven experience independently performing: Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, PRP, & Exosome therapies.
  • Hands-on experience with Laser Hair Removal, IPL/Photofacials, Laser Resurfacing, RF Microneedling, and Skin Tightening.
  • A natural talent for sales through patient education (retail, packages, and memberships).
  • Total comfort being on camera for social content.
  • Tech-savvy with EMR/practice management software.
 Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy License.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Transition from PT to FT as our patient base expands.
  • A supportive, non-toxic team culture that celebrates your wins.
  • Access to top-tier continuing education and training.
  • Employee perks, discounts, and a workplace environment where you can truly thrive.
Apply today with your resume and a link to your professional Instagram/portfolio (if you have one)!
