Duties

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items with precision and care, ensuring food safety and proper handling standards are met. (multi-tasking, good under pressure when busy)
  • Manage POS system Clover POS to process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and perform cashiering duties with efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, adhering to food safety regulations and food preparation standards.
  • Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, and posts that highlight our offerings, events, and brand personality to attract new customers and retain followers.
  • Schedule and publish content across various platforms while monitoring engagement to optimize reach.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, record keeping, and daily reporting to ensure smooth operations.
