Job description

The Content Producer works closely with the Creative Services Manager and collaborates daily with the Social Media and Digital Marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for its intended platform and purpose. This is a high-visibility, high-output role for a visual creator who thrives in fast-paced, outdoor environments and understands how to produce content that performs — both in the feed and in paid advertising.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, capture, and edit photo and video content across OWA's full resort portfolio, including rides and attractions, dining, retail, hotel, live entertainment, and special events
  • Produce short-form social video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, Stories) optimized for platform-native performance, as well as longer-form video for resort marketing, advertising, and promotional use
  • Serve as the primary content capture resource for seasonal campaign shoots, new attraction launches, and high-priority promotional events
  • Manage all shoot logistics including scheduling, location coordination, talent releases, prop and wardrobe coordination, and equipment maintenance
  • Edit and deliver final photo and video assets in a range of formats and specifications for digital, social, web, email, and paid advertising use
  • Build and maintain an organized, searchable content library of all photo and video assets, ensuring the team always has access to current, on-brand visual content
  • Collaborate daily with the Social Media Manager and Coordinators on content needs, trending formats, and platform-specific creative strategy
  • Work closely with the Creative Services Manager on visual storytelling, campaign creative direction, and maintaining brand consistency across all produced content
  • Support paid advertising creative needs in partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, producing thumb-stopping ad content optimized for paid social and digital placements
  • Assist with production of internal videos, executive presentations, and partner-facing content as needed
  • Stay current on content production trends, camera and editing technology, and visual storytelling formats relevant to the theme park, tourism, and entertainment industry
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2–4 years of professional photo and video production experience, ideally in a lifestyle, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment context
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile visual storytelling across both short-form social content and longer-form marketing video
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Lightroom (or equivalent); After Effects a plus
  • Demonstrated experience producing short-form social video optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok — understanding of trending formats, pacing, and audio-driven content is essential
  • Comfortable operating both as a solo shooter/editor and as part of a coordinated production team
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of content requests across multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor resort environments including high-energy, fast-paced, and occasionally extreme weather conditions
  • Experience producing content for paid advertising (social ads, digital display, OTT) a significant plus
  • Availability for select evenings and weekends to cover events, seasonal activations, and peak park days
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
