About the Role
Are you passionate about your Franklin Pierce experience and ready to help future Ravens find their place here? Join our team as a Content Ambassador. You'll connect with prospective students through one-on-one chats and group communities on various platforms. This includes our new engagement tool, Unibuddy, which helps to welcome incoming students. You will offer real, relatable insights into college life from your unique perspective.
Responsibilities
  • Engage in one-on-one chats with prospective students via our Unibuddy platform
  • Participate in Unibuddy Community group discussions by welcoming new members, answering questions, and helping conversations flow
  • Share your experiences with academics, campus life, housing, dining, student organizations, and other aspects of life at Franklin Pierce
  • Represent your major, interests, and activities in a genuine and approachable way
  • Support the team by helping plan and develop content that encourages student engagement
  • Post regularly in Unibuddy groups, ideally 3-7 posts per week per student
  • Monitor group activity and help maintain a positive and welcoming environment
  • Help build a welcoming, inclusive digital space for all future students
  • Represent the spirit & values of our community in a friendly, welcoming way

This position will have a paid training period in late August/ early September
Software tools will be provided: Unibuddy login, FPU-provided software, Ability to work over academic breaks.
