ABOUT THE ROLE

The Digital Content Specialist will report directly to the Director of Marketing. Their primary role will be to support the D2C Channel Marketing Manager in executing the FY27 direct-to-consumer growth plan across Amazon via our marketplace partner, house account programs, and the trade show lead engine. While the Manager owns strategy, channel performance, partner governance, and revenue accountability, this role is responsible for keeping the initiatives moving day-to-day through disciplined campaign execution, content coordination, CRM administration, reporting support, and follow-through across internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, this role will support the overall goals of the global marketing team.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working inside marketing systems, spreadsheets, content workflows, and account lists. The right candidate can take direction from the Manager, translate priorities into action, and ensure campaigns, assets, follow-ups, and reports are completed accurately and on time.

This position requires experience in social media across all channels, email marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms relevant to driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL SUPPORT

  • Support the D2C Channel Marketing Manager with Amazon listing improvement projects, A+ content updates, product detail accuracy checks, catalog expansion tracking, and creative asset coordination.
  • Help prepare Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review materials by gathering inputs, updating trackers, summarizing performance data, and documenting follow-up actions.
  • Monitor assigned Amazon and marketplace partner action items, including SKU launch status, asset needs, promotion timing, data requests, and issue escalation.
  • Assist with competitive research, marketplace trend monitoring, product positioning inputs, and off-Amazon traffic campaign support.

ActiveCampaign / CRM Program Support

  • Build, QA, schedule, and maintain email campaigns and automation components under the Manager's direction, including win-back, onboarding, nurture, event follow-up, sunset, and cross-sell programs.
  • Maintain account segmentation, contact lists, tags, suppression lists, and data hygiene for the house account and trade show lead programs.
  • Draft and route campaign copy, subject lines, landing page inputs, and creative requests for review and approval.
  • Track campaign performance, including open rate, click-through rate, deliverability, unsubscribes, form submissions, and lead movement through defined workflows.

House Account & Trade Show Lead Support

  • Support execution of account outreach programs for active, lapsed, and net-new direct accounts by preparing lists, templates, follow-up tasks, and campaign reports.
  • Assist with trade show lead processing, including badge-scan imports, list cleanup, segmentation, email cadence setup, and 48-hour follow-up tracking.
  • Help ensure the Day 1 / 5 / 14 / 30 / 45 lead cadence is built, tested, scheduled, and monitored across the five target verticals.
  • Document campaign learnings, lead quality notes, and follow-up outcomes so the Manager can refine the program and report progress upstream.

Additional support for the global marketing team as needed:

  • Regular website updates across our two internal websites - ability to create content quick and effectively and make updates as needed
  • Assistance managing marketing campaigns and initiatives as needed.
  • Assist with overall social media strategy and execution
  • Support content production needs for email, web, landing pages, Amazon listings, social amplification, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

  • Hands-on familiarity with a CRM or email marketing platform such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
