The Role and What You'll Do:
The Director of Digital, Partnership Marketing is a key leader within TKO Global Partnerships, responsible for driving the commercial strategy, execution, and evolution of digital-first partnership programs across the Global Partnerships portfolio. This role is a hands-on, execution-focused leader who translates digital vision into scalable, high-impact commercial programs that deliver measurable business results for partners across TKO Global Partnerships. The Director will lead commercial digital strategy and execution across assigned partners, overseeing integrated marketing solutions across social, content, influencer programmes, and emerging platform initiatives while helping build the systems, processes, and commercial team capabilities required to scale digital excellence. This individual has led complex digital workstreams, supported global brand RFPs, and partnered closely with internal stakeholders to bring bold digital ideas to life.
As a senior member of the Partnership Marketing team, the Director is responsible for
ensuring commercial digital programs are thoughtfully designed, operationally sound, and flawlessly executed. They are a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, known for strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to elevate work through both strategy and execution.
This leader is future-focused but execution-driven-constantly identifying opportunities to
strengthen digital offerings, improve workflows, and deliver innovative, business-building digital experiences for TKO partners.
Lead digital strategy and execution across assigned Global Partnerships, delivering
integrated digital programs that drive audience growth, engagement, and commercial
impact.
Own day-to-day leadership of commercial digital-first initiatives, including partner social strategy, cross-channel amplification, commercial content planning, influencer and creator programs, emerging platforms and marketing solutions for partners.
Translate partner objectives into scalable digital solutions that align with brand
priorities and business goals.
Serve as a senior, day-to-day point of contact for partners, providing proactive
guidance, innovative recommendations, and consistent leadership across digital
initiatives.
Lead and develop high-performing teams, including directors, managers, and
specialists, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Support global brand RFPs and new business efforts by contributing to digital strategy,

Collaborate cross-functionally with TKO Global Partnerships Business Development, Partnership Marketing, Production, Operations, Data, and other internal teams to ensure digital programs arealigned, executable, and impactful.

You'll have these:
• 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing within an agency and/or brand
environment, with a proven track record of delivering social-first and content-driven
programs at scale.
• Deep expertise in social media strategy and execution, with strong knowledge of
influencer marketing, paid social, content strategy, and emerging platforms.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams, including managers and senior
individual contributors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate
strategy, influence stakeholders, and build trust with partners.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking
with hands-on execution.
• Operational excellence, with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans and
maintain high standards across teams and partners.
• Experience working in sports, entertainment, media, or culture-driven environments
preferred.
